This team governs the day to day operations related to our enterprise Avaya VoIP environment, works with vendors to introduce new solutions, and supports initiatives brought forward by Canadian Domiciled business units. The team provides service to over 9000 VoIP and traditional telephone users, 2000 contact centre users, and other responsibilities include handheld mobile device management and Rightfax solutions. Canadian Infrastructure Services has an opening for a Infrastructure Analyst in our Voice Services area, and the incumbent will be responsible for the following: Act as lead analyst on large task assignments Generate new and unique ideas, approaches and solutions to complex problems and opportunities Lead components of medium to large-sized change initiatives Execute complex analysis, identify root cause of problems and develop solutions Mentor, develop and motivate team members Vend.... |
