| My client has a permanent requirement for an Intermediate Accountant. You will be responsible for journal entries, posting to ledgers, calculating trial balances, posting accruals, and completing bad debt provisions. You will produce financial statements, complete bank reconciliations, assist with the budget preparations and forecasting, as well as perform various analysis and year-end adjustments. You will also provide assistance with the year-end audit processes. The ideal candidates for this role will have an Accounting and/or Business Administration diploma and 3+ years of relevant accounting experience. Previous experience in the real estate industry would be considered an asset.
