| Intermediate Accountant Our client has an immediate need for an intermediate accountant to assit them with their AP and Cash management group. This is a newly created role and could become permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities Post AP Invoices Assist with coding AP invoices Prepare cash updates & forecasts Facilitate cheque runs Reconcile Royalty Income Account Reconcile Deposit Accounts Reconcile Intercompany Accounts Manage & reconcile suspense accounts Manage & reconcile Prepaid Accounts Book Pre-paid expenses & allocations Prepare Stats Canada Form Prepare and file T5's and NR4's Prepare and file GST returns Assist with audit sample preparation Skills Minimum of 5 years oil & gas accounting experience 2 years leadership or supervision experience Designation or working towards completing one would be an asset AP / Cash Management experience JV Nexus experience preferred but not mandatory If you are interested in this position and meet above criteria, please visit our website at www.aplin.com to apply.
