| KONTRON CANADA, GLOBAL MARKET LEADER in embedded computers, is recruiting at its Boisbriand Office 25 minutes North of Montreal for a position of: Manager Reverse Logistic (RL) THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the selected candidate shall optimize Reverse Logistic (RL) management activities from an operational, business and tax perspective. In addition, he shall: # SETUP AND MAINTAIN strategic collaboration with reverse chain partners; # CONNECT the companys RL processes along with the RL processes of suppliers and customers; # DEFINE AND IMPLEMENT clear policies and warranty strategy; # MANAGE product return calls for strategic decision making; # PLAN AND COORDINATE optimal movement of inbound/outbound transfers and receipts on returns; # NEGOTIATE/IMPLEMENT associated contracts as required; # ENSURE identification, tracking and resolution of operational and process related problems; # IMPLEMENT Business Intelligence tools in support to decision making; # START initiatives to avoid unnecessary returns and implement efficient gate keeping with unambiguous guidelines; # QUANTIFY AND OPTIMIZE RL associated costs; # ENSURE compliancy to internati.... |
