| Title Insurance Service Broker Job ID jfisb22 Email Address Position Overview Servicing Home and Auto Insurance policies in a Brokerage environment Responsibilities Primary contact with clients for service issues and general concerns during the life of the policy Contact client to review coverages on an annual basis, at the time of the Home and Auto renewal General client service, acting as primary contact with company underwriters Prepare instruction for, and monitor the completion of fulfillment tasks delegated to other members of the team - utilizing required forms Alert team members to issues requiring action or communication with the client Remain alert for opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell coverage Notify insurer of non-renewal, and suggest alternative coverage, if applicable Maintain complete and accurate notes Keep up to date on voice mail log books and returning client calls Keep up to date with policy Suspended list Requirements Formal training in general business practices R.I.B.O. license Three to five years of successful customer service experience in a personal lines general insurance brokerage environment Familiarity with SigXp is a MUST Fluency in a language oth.... |
