| Inside Sales Representative INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (HVAC) SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative will work closely with Customers (via telephone, fax or email) and responds to requests for quotations, orders, lead times, etc. Coordinates with other internal and external departments (I.e.- Outside Sales, Manufacturing, Vendors and Shipping) in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Keeps up-to-date in product information, keeps customer informed, and provides exceptional customer serviceMain Functions Strive to attain sales targets Analyze and identify customer needs Identify customer buying habits (to better utilize selling FULL Truckloads) Promote ALL Company Products & Divisions (I.C.I., Hydronics, Fan Coils, Fire Prevention, etc) Have a positive attitude on the phone treat each and every Customer as if they are our ONLY customer- and communicate effectively with them Understand Human Behaviour Up- Sell - suggesting the right things- Keep on top of all technical aspects of HVAC- Must be able to provide detailed product knowledge to customer Do quotations in a timely and professional manner Work to develop a Partnership with Outside Sales Act as a liaiso.... |
