| Position Information Management Clerk Location St. John's, NL Closing Date Tuesday, January 31, 2012 Job Description Upstream Solutions Inc (USI) is currently seeking applications for the position of Information Management Clerk in connection with the development of the Hebron Project, one of Newfoundland and Labrador's premier Oil and Gas Projects. Key tasks, Responsibilities & Accountabilities Perform Document Control activities for the Project, including documentation receipt, registration, distribution and transmittal back to Contractor. Ensure timely and efficient turnaround of comment response sheets to Contractors. Ensure proper and efficient handling of Project documentation and records including data entry and filing of hard copy and electronic files. Process incoming mail, including sorting, stamping, coding and copying/scanning. Code, index, file, archive and retrieve corporate records using procedures and tools provided. Perform prescribed quality checks on incoming and existing collections. Generate reports on and fill requests for corporate records from customers in various locations. Assist with records cleanup efforts or special recovery projects for various cus.... |
