| Position Name: Industrial Mechanic Maintenance Supervisor Posting Number: 23340 Employment Contract: Perm Full-Time Post Start: 2012/01/26 Post End: 2012/02/09 Job Description: JOB OVERVIEW The Lubricants Centre Maintenance Department is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As an organized and capable Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work within your area of responsibility is executed safely and effectively. The expected outcome being, that equipment is returned to plant Operations such that it will be leak free and operate reliably. Superb mechanical abilities, proven supervisory skills compliment your 5+ years in a maintenance setting. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The Supervisor is responsible for the safe and effective execution of the work schedule primarily for the Industrial Mechanics (Millwrights). The Supervisor is also responsible for communicating progress, resolving changes in plans and supporting the planning/execution of schedule breakers.
