| Inbound Customer Service Representative Location: Winnipeg Type: Office/Administration Job Description: Inbound Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner. You will recognize and respond to customers basic needs. We offer: Starting wage of $12.50/ hour Full-time, Monday-to-Friday shift from 10am- 6: 30pm On-going position Location on bus routes What You Will Do: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint or request Maintain customer accounts and keeping records current by updating account information Ensure and provide quality customer service to clients Work as part of a team to resolve problems and enhance the customer experience Must Haves: 2-3 years of Call Center experience High school diploma an asset Quality focused and detail oriented Exceptional problem solving, conflict resolution and listening skills Proper phone etiquette and ability to maintain a professional demeanour Experience with multi-tasking Apply Now!
