| IT Technician Department: IT Posted on: January 24, 2012 Country: Canada Location: Montreal, Qc Position Type: Full Time Job Description The successful candidate will provide assistance to Nakisa employees via telephone, email and face-to-face contact and troubleshoot IT related issues. The main responsibility of this position is ensuring that all hardware and software work properly, assembling hardware and installing or deleting software. Responsibilities Provide responsive, high-quality end-user information systems support (on-site and phone) Partner with Nakisa employees to research and provide solutions to technical or operational IT related issues Document solutions for future reference and cross-training purposes Perform administrative functions relative to personnel changes (New Hires, Transfers, Terminations) Install OS/software and perform maintenance on hardware Troubleshoot computer equipments, ensuring it runs correctly. Maintain the list of the inventory Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Experience of 3 years in Support/Help Desk Knowledge of Smartphone's Knowledge of PC based application products.
