Provide refinery operations support, optimization and troubleshooting and shut-down/start-up support of hydroprocessing units ? Proactively work with refinery technical and operations staff and Process Networks ? Coordinates and drives technology implementation ? Facilitates alignment processes and open, effective communication among stakeholders ? Understands, implements and communicates best practices to stakeholders ? Anticipates future refining requirements and initiates actions to accomplish Candidate should be able to plan, organize, motivate, influence, coordinate and monitor work of others; demonstrates sound decision making and business judgment; communicates effectively upward and downward; understands and fosters understanding by all stakeholders of objectives and priorities.
