As a member of the ACT team, support the implementation of identified treatment processes and assist program participants to access needed services, education and supports. In consultation and under the supervision of clinical ACT team members, provide crisis intervention as well as supportive counselling and consultation services to clients and their families. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school graduation plus and additional human services program/course of over six months and up to one year or equivalent. • Must have two (2) years experience as a Human Services Counsellor in Mental Health. • Must have a valid driver's licens.... |
