In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for assigned recruitments and administering benefits and processes and audits payroll transactions. Major Responsibilities: Provides support and guidance to all staff with regards to performance management, career development, employment standards, compensation and benefits, job descriptions, interpreting company human resource policies by actively listening, analyzing the situation and providing recommendations for a possible solution. Primary contact for employees at all levels within assigned client group with regards to Corporate Policy and Procedure interpretation and support. Makes decisions with respect to qualified candidates for referral to hiring manager on assigned recruitments. Consults with managers on internal equity, requests for salary adjustmen.... |
