RESPONSIBILITIES: •Responsible for the recruitment, selection, and orientation of employees. •Directs, supervises and/or participates in the counselling, performance review, discipline, and wage and salary administration of employees. •Ensure that all human resources programs and policies are implemented within the hotel and are in compliance with legislative requirements of the Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights Code, and other applicable employment legislation as required. •Provide advice relative to organizational structure and staffing within the hotel. •Recommends, plans, and/or implements training and development programs within the hotel. •Counsels employees on human res.... |
