As part of the corporate operations management team, you will lead our Human Resources practice. You will be accountable for the development and execution of HR programs, strategy and advice in support of organizational initiatives for both our Canadian and US operations. In this role, you will manage a team of HR professionals to jointly deliver on the key areas of Human Resources including: resourcing and recruitment, total rewards programs, benefits and compensation, performance management, training, employee relations, policy development, wellness and HRMS administration. You will serve as a business partner and will build and maintain a strong relationship with internal client groups. Working to develop an awareness of the business challenges and objectives of these departments, you will take a proactive approach to Human Resources, promoting a positive human resources practice that aligns with organizational objectives. You will provide coaching and guidance to our bus.... |
