| Human Resources Manager – Resources – Northern B.C. Do you enjoy living and working in a small community Do you thrive on being a hands-on and truly value the operations of a business If so, this role could be for you. A highly respected client located in Northern, BC has asked for our assistance in finding a Human Resources Manager for one of their mills. In this role, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and be responsible for the administration and coordination of human resource activities throughout the operation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Program. In this position you will have an interactive role with Superintendents and Supervisors providing support and leadership for all 300 employees on the site. Who are you The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources in unionized environments with a proven ability and experience in labour relations and administration of collective agreements. We want someone who ‘gets' labour. Most importantly, we are looking for a strong communicator who has the proven ability to build effective relationships with line managers and staff.
