| Title Human Resources Manager Position Overview The HR Manager provides leadership, planning, co-ordination and management of the administration and operational functions of HR within the organization including: recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and regulatory and subsidiary compliance. The HR Manager has the primary responsibility to provide consistent and efficient customer service internally to the company ?s employees, managers and HR personnel within the organization as well as external agencies and contacts. Responsibilities ? Work in partnership with the Director of HR and managers to recommend, develop/revise and implement HR policies, procedures and processes to affect continual process improvements to ensure efficiency of HR Operations. ? Oversee the maintenance of confidential employee files and employee data in HR systems. Lead the compilation/generation of HR metrics analyzing, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations to the Director of HR. ? Address employee issues and concerns in a timely and consistent manner. Advise managers on employee relations' issues including, but not limited to, poli.... |
