Responsibilities ?Responsible for the production and balancing of bi-weekly payroll for time-sheet employees and members of the Board of Directors and ensure that the appropriate accounting details are entered in the HR/Pay System ?Prepare (bi-weekly and monthly) third party payments/remittances (i.e. taxes, pension, garnishments, etc.) while ensuring accuracy of the information ?Maintain the highest level of integrity of Human Resources/Payroll data by ensuring accuracy and timely processing, in accordance with the legislated requirements, delegation of authority, established policies, procedures, norms and quality standards ?Apply appropriate internal controls to ensure that Human Resources/Payroll data processing activities are accurate, identify deviations from established policies.... |
