| Title Human Resources Generalist Job Description Human Resources Generalist Our Client is a value added technology company selling IT services and solutions to a variety of industries and commercial customers. They are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist for the Montreal location, which employs over 400 people and supports and leads HR practices and objectives that will create a high performance culture. This positions reports to the Human Resources Director and assists and advises managers about Human Resources best practices. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of HR programs, policies, procedures such as Performance Management, Engagement, Retention, Orientation, Policy Manuals, and other project related initiatives - Communicate and work effectively across all levels of the organization. - Build alignment of individual/team efforts and priorities with organizational needs and direction. - Coach and consult with managers in a variety of areas including communications, performance management, team and individual development, practice/policy interpretation and application, and other management challenges. - Identify and partner with intern.... |
