| Description: Our client, a large plant in Central Alberta, has the immediate need for an HR Generalist. This is a one year maternity leave contract. Responsibilities will include providing HR support to the management team, recruitment and selection, HR administration and database management, employee relations, monitoring HR plant standards, creation of purchase orders, payroll and all other duties as outlined buy the plant manager. Required Skills: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years related HR experience coupled with strong knowledge of employment standards. You must have experience with recruitment, payroll and performance management. Completion of post secondary education will be considered an asset.
