| Title Human Resources Coordinator Job Description Our client is an innovative leader in the manufacturing of dietary nutritional products. They are equipped with automated manufacturing facilities, which are strategically located in Irwindale, California (six manufacturing lines), and Montreal, Quebec (three manufacturing lines), which are capable of producing in excess of one billion bars annually. They are searching for a Human Resources Coordinator on a contract basis. Responsibilities: - Responsible for several activities in Human Resources, rigorously document and maintain CSST files, accident reports, investigation, claims, medical expertise and follow-up with employees. Administer and explain fringe benefits to employees. - Act as a liaison between employees and the insurance company for our Collective group insurance and RRSP programs. - Responsible for the follow-up of employees on sick leave, paternity, maternity, etc. - Translate (English or French) documents, memos, letters related to Human resources. - Contribute to the efforts of the Human Resources team to ensure the complete execution of tasks and project realization as well as any other related tasks required by Hu.... |
