| A great opportunity with a great organization! Our client, a global leader in the engineering field, requires a permanent Human Resources Coordinator. Responsibilities : Assist the human resources department with administrative duties including drafting letters of offer, preparing documentation for new hires, acting as a back-up resource for conducting new hire orientations, assisting with other onboarding functions, answering any candidate inquiries as required, maintaining HRIS audit reports and other HR related reports, act as the primary contact for employee inquries regarding benefit coverage. This position also assists with overseas immigration documentation and visa requirements so previous experience is a definite asset. Qualifications: Diloma in Human Resources Management - completion or working towards the CHRP designation Minimum two years experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist in a complex, large organization Superior attention to detail Confidence and professionalism to deal with a variety of individuals at all levels. Excellent customer service skills Ability to take on a variety of challenges and multi-task effectively Excellent MS Office skills Previous exp.... |
