| Human Resources Business Partner Job ID 11757 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with management in one of more client groups to provide strategic and operational Human Resources support. The HRBP will be a generalist HR professional with experience in a variety of HR disciplines such as recruitment, retention, associate relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, health & safety and/or internal communication activities. In addition, the HRBP will also contribute to the national HR practice through ownership of and accountability for design and implementation of one or more strategic HR initiatives Responsibilities / Responsabilités 1.
