| The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the business in the provision of a wide range of HR responsibilities including employee retention and engagement, employee relations, and performance management. Ensures a smooth flow of services to client departments, managers and employees, and assists in identifying and adding value to new and existing services. Responsibilities Provides guidance and assistance to employees and managers on a number of human resources issues including recruitment, orientation, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and programs. Provides coaching, guidance and conflict resolution to employees and managers in order to foster positive working relationships. Works with managers on a number of performance issues including coaching on performance improvement, documenting performance and behaviour problems, preparing corrective action plans, and termination documentation where required. Proactively interacts with client management to find solutions to business issues and enable managers to better manage their business. Provides consulting and advisory support to the management team in areas of employee relatio.... |
