| Job Title Human Resources Assistant Req # 12800 Career Level Entry Level Location Calgary, AB # of Openings 2 Job Description To provide hands on technical assistance and applying general knowledge and skill level in the basic areas of Flint Energy Services Ltd's human resource programs. Main areas of responsibilities would be general clerical administration, maintaining current systems and Trades & labour recruitment. Will provide, under senior direction, assistance in the areas of candidate screening and interviewing. Over time, will better understand and recognize the impact of human resource practices on the business and begin to anticipate organizational needs by utilizing previous experience and formal training. Responsible for data entry and maintenance of Applicant Database, including data management. Responsible for validation of resumes received. Responsible for maintaining apprentice information within JDE system. Cross-train in Human Resources Generalist procedures and processes. Under guidance, may assume independent studies, analysis, interpretation and conclusion on many routine human resource matters where technical guidance is available. Provide clear and complete .... |
