| Title Human Resources Advisor Job ID 90 Position Summary The HR Advisor is the company ?s HR resource dedicated to daily administration of the HR program. The Advisor will be responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, orientation, and interpretation of the CLAC agreement, administration of policies and procedures, WCB matters and act as the HR Manager ?s representative in advising on HR issues, policies, procedures and decisions. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule and administrate Drug and Alcohol testing according to Company policy and procedures Create HR files on all candidates and employees Ensure costs are billed to correct project Liase with management/HR Manager if a mandatory referral is required Compose adhoc assignments and reports for HR department Supporting the HR department with various other administrative tasks and responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of employee information Assist/administer employee sign-ons and orientations Collate all incoming resumes Pre-screen potential candidates to assess their fit into roles/positions identify and arrange interviews with the hiring manager/supervisor and other delegates.
