| Human Resources Advisor (8 month contract) Business Units: Television Location: Toronto (Ont) # of openings: 1 End Date: 02/02/12 Description Human Resouces Advisor (8 month contract) Reports To : Vice President, Human Resources Address : Brookfield Place 181 Bay Street, P.O. Box 787 Toronto, ON M5J 2T3 Responsibilities : Support the recruitment process by creating online requisition forms in Taleo and posting jobs internally and externally Assist in the sourcing, screening and setup of candidate interviews Assist in conducting reference checks Coordinate new hire setup, communication and orientation Assist in the salary and performance appraisal process Responsible for maintaining the HR Intranet site Administrative tasks such as maintaining HR files, organizational charts, coding and tracking of invoices, submitting timesheets and vacation request forms to Payroll, arranging travel and expense management for VP, Human Resources. Other duties as assigned. Skill Requirements : Relevant University Degree Completion of HR Management Post-Graduate Certificate 3-5 years previous Human Resources experience Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional custom.... |
