| A well established pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director you will: Actively participate in the recruitment selection, hiring, salary negotiation and on boarding process Create yearly performance review processes to ensure supervisors manage the performance review schedules for their employees Participate in the administration of the benefits plan & group insurance coverage Fill out CSST/WCB or disability cases reports on an as needed basis Assist the director of Human Resources in evaluation trainings for managers and develop plans and training activities. Position Qualifications: Bachelors degree major in human resources or industrial relations an asset Requirements and working conditions Educational level : University - Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Completed Years of experience related to the job offer :3 to 5 years experience Description of qualifications : 3-5 year relevant experience in human resources Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Reports is an asset Fully bilingual, written and spoken Languages asked for : spoken languages : French and English written languages : French and English Salary offer.... |
