| HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR A leading international manufacturer is currently seeking to fill the position of Human Resources Coordinator for its Montreal location. Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Assist and provide support in a variety of areas in Human Resources; Administer company benefits and RRSP program, ensuring that benefits are well communicated and understood by employees; Manage full Health and safety cycle, including maintaining CSST files, accident reports, medical expertise, health and safety in the workplace; Prepare a variety of letters, documents, memos in both languages; Responding to employee inquiries; All other functions as required to meet department and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar position, fully bilingual, and a team player. Must have a solid understanding of workplace legislation and accidents (CSST). Excellent MS office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
