| Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will act as a human resource generalist whose main responsibilities will be to manage and coordinate human resource activities, such as: the recruiting and the integration of new employees, developing and the applying the corporate programs and policies, administering of a collective bargaining agreement, advising the managers and the employees, administering training programs, performance evaluations and benefits, managing workers health and safety issues and the organizational development of human resources. Requirements and working conditions Educational level : University - Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Completed Years of experience related to the job offer :3 year(s) of experience Description of qualifications : -Bachelors degree in industrial relations or human resources management - Minimum of 3 years experience in human resource management - Experience in a unionized environment - Knowledge of the working laws - Knowledge of the MS Office software including Excel - Bilingual - Autonomy, good judgement and organizational skills - Ability to maintain the good interpersonal relations.
