Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager or the Assistant Housekeeper, the Office Clerk is responsible for the administration and organization of the department, providing excellent service to our clients when working on the frontline, and acting as a liaison between guests and the Housekeeping and Custodial Supervisors. Responsibilities The Office Clerk’s specific responsibilities are office organization, assisting in the cleaning of guest rooms, and public areas when and where required. The Office Clerk will provide sound administrative assistance to the Supervisors of Housekeeping and Custodial to ensure the smooth operation of the departments. The Office Clerk monitors and prepares all paper work relating to payroll based on scheduling information for approval by the Assistant.
