incumbent)

HOURS OF WORK 2359-0815
WAGE $15.82 - $18.72 per hour
The CHOICE © Program provides integrated support for the frail, medically complex or cognitively impaired elderly
individuals living in the community. The program has two sites, with each site offering a day program, rehabilitation,
social work, in-home support, and a medical, rehabilitative nursing clinic. There is also a 10-bed treatment bed unit
located at the Dr. Gerald Zetter Care Centre site that services both sites.
