| Title: Home Support Supervisor, Revera Home Health Job Type: Six Month Contract Location: Burlington Apply By: January 31, 2012 Overview The Home Support Supervisor's primary function is to pro-actively ensure effective services and high standards are maintained by providing ongoing development of their core team members and continued enrichment of the program they lead. Improve the quality of services to our clients through Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and seek out and recommend opportunities for new business in the market place. Responsibilities The Home Support Supervisor is responsible for and accountable to: Supervise Staff Promote excellent client care through observation of direct client care at the service address. Obtain feedback from the service purchaser, client and family. Assess the quality of care and provide feedback and performance improvement opportunities for client service staff. Monitor compliance of staff to service purchaser contractual obligations, Revera Home Health (RHH) policy and procedures, provincial regulations and regulatory body standards.
