POWER is a registration, evaluation, and payment system used by the Faculty of Medicine Postgraduate Medical Education Office. The user base includes over 8,000 University and hospital employees, administrative staff, physicians, and learners - clinical fellows and medical residents. This position has front line responsibility for trouble shooting and resolving user and technical problems related to POWER; referring complex and system related issues to the vendor and assisting the User Support Services Analyst with ongoing training. The incumbent works independently and collaboratively to assist users with systems and operational support related to a complex web-based system to register and evaluate medical learners.
