| Help Desk Manager Location: Saint John, New Brunswick Term: Full Time Back to Search Results Apply with Stephen We are current;y seeking a Help Desk Manager for our client in Saint John NB. As the HD Manager you will be responsible for Tier I and Tier II support. Each team consists of 10 people. Included in these 2 Tiers are 2 Team Leads that will report to you as well. Requirements: - University Degree or Equivalent - ITIL cert an asset but not mandatory - 2 or more years as a Service Desk Manager - Experience with Incident Monitoring Software ( IE: Remedy) - Be a leader and have the ability to adapt You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, interviews, Performance reviews and making sure your teams are working at capacity to the tickets being generated.
