Responsable de lentretien prventif des systmes de CVC et du suivi avec les contracteurs en CVC.(i.e.; calibrer tous les thermostats pneumatiques, vrifier l tat et le fonctionnement de tous les volets motoriss du btiment, changer les filtres et courroies etc. ) 2. Familiarisation avec les systmes de contrle du btiment et rvision de la documentation gnrale des systmes et des composantes CVC (inventaire, localisation, centralisation de la documentation). 3. tablir et mettre jour une liste dtaille des quipements localiss dans le btiment ainsi que dans les entre-plafonds. 4. tudier la possibilit doptimiser le contrle gnral des systmes de CVC.
