| Job Title: Head Service Shop Technician SportChek Victoria Square Location: Regina, SK Brand: Sport Chek The Head Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the Service Shop, including customer service, sales, loss prevention and product servicing. The Head service tech must have a proven ability to do the following: Management / Leadership Skills: • Develop department team through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback and ongoing support • Build and manage a daily game plan for the department • Create and execute development plans for Full-time staff • Maintain a positive work environment for staff • Exhibit all elements of the FGL Leadership Brand Customer Service • Ensure all department team members are able to deliver GAME Day Service consistently • Greet customers, identify their needs, provide assistance in suggesting suitable service • Be courteous and profession with all customers • Handle all customer complaints in a calm and professional manner • Offer assistance to customers in the Hardgoods department as required • Be familiar with all in-store promotions Service Shop Operations • Ensur.... |
