| Objective: To maximize service delivery of beverage products to guests in the lounge, patio or at the bar. Ensure bar is well stocked with all required alcoholic, non-alcoholic and mix products. To upkeep a high level of organization and consistency from the bar. To ensure Cocktail program remains at the front of our comp set in keeping with our FAME fundamentals. Responsibilities: - To ensure that all beverage product coming from the bar meets Fairmont Hotels & Resort standards. - To provide beverage service to the serving staff by preparing all beverage orders (rung in through Micros) in a timely, efficient manner. - To provide service to guests seated at the bar (in accordance to FH&R Service standards therefore, must be knowledgeable of all server responsibilities and tasks). - Ensure that bar is well stocked and any 86 items are communicated to both serving team and Manager on Duty. - Ensure that bar area is clean and all equipment is functional. - To conduct liquor inventory count on a monthly basis in conjunction with The Outlet Manager responsible for the bar. - To train all staff in proper beverage preparation procedures and etiquette of the bar area (in adherence to FH&R.... |
