| HR and Payroll support (Client Information Specialist) Location: Toronto Job Number: 160287 Job Terms: 6 months Job Description 6 month contract (up to 2 years) downtown Toronto rates 30-50 an hour inc Must have skills: Describe your experience providing HR and Payroll support. Describe your experience working in a call center environment. Deliverables Understand and manage client inquiries in a timely manner Record, manage, and resolve incidents using the provided ticket tracking application. Understand and handle client inquiries with minimum supervision. As assigned, respond to technical/application /report support inquiries that originate in the form or an email/telephone Work closely with Implementation Analysts to ensure configuration satisfies business requirements Engaging as required in organization configuration, report customization and knowledge sharing Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with design, development and creation of strategic and day to day operational and customized reports Experience with report testing and documentation Experience working with health care organizations in Ontario Minimum one year experience using HR and Payroll So.... |
