| Job Title: HR Service Center Associate Work Location: Oklahoma City State/Province: Oklahoma Country: USA Job Description: Position Summary The HR Service Center Associate is responsible for performing administrative and transactional activities associated with the operations of the HR Service Center organization. This position will provide HR inquiry support and response through email, telephone, and transactional/data entry into the HR SAP system. The position requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, knowledge of HR, and general computer and data entry capabilities. Essential Functions Provide superior customer service and accurate information while responding to HR inquiries. Process all HR service requests and transactions (e.g., personal data changes, position data, new hires, etc.). Update and maintain content in HR knowledge base to ensure policy changes, process changes, and plan changes are kept current. Ensure all inquiries and requests are recorded and managed through the case management system. Initiate appropriate escalation of HR inquiries that cannot be resolved within the scope of HRConnect.
