| Job Title: HR Associate Work Location: Oklahoma City State/Province: Oklahoma Country: USA Job Description: To assist the recruiting staff in aspects of recruiting process to ensure timely, accurate responsiveness to recruiting needs. Track the progress of candidates throughout the hiring process and make updates within applicant tracking systems Update applicant tracking system and resume management Manage open and closed positions and candidate tracking information in the applicant tracking system Collect and analyze pre-employment data and report findings to appropriate HR representative Create, monitor, audit, store and control documents for regulatory compliance purposes Answer phones: return calls and answer basic recruiting questions Prepare and update Weekly/Monthly Activity Reports Schedule/Coordinate Interviews Coordinate presentations, meetings, travel, etc. Provides general administrative support to recruiting team Performs some filing, mailings and data entry as it relates to recruitment information Participate in additional activities and projects as assigned Details Specific to this Job: BA/BS required Recruiting experience preferred Strong organizational skills Abil.... |
