| Description: "It already makes your day, why not let it make your career" Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, Distribution Centre this position will provide administration support with recruitment, orientation/on-boarding and be involved with the Joint Health & Safety Committee and Distribution Advisory Team. Qualifications: Experience preferably in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment is an asset. University degree and/or college diploma in HR or related field is required Recruitment experience is an asset. Experience with Orientation or on-boarding is an asset. Familiarity with employment standards and HR policies. Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills - verbal and written Ability to multi task and prioritize work Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high volume environment Experience with project coordination within a fast paced, deadline oriented environment is an asset.
