| Group Fitness Assistant Department Head Job Apply now » Date: Feb 3, 2012 Location: Plano, TX, US Group Fitness Assistant Department Head-PLA00585 Description As the Group Fitness Assistant Department Head, you will assist the Department Head in creating and managing a cutting edge and member-focused group fitness program while recruiting and developing a team of entertaining, educated, and motivating instructors. In this position, you will assist with the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Group Fitness department while acting as a fitness resource for class participants. Responsibilities - Build positive relationships with class participants by offering exceptional classes and customer service - Ensure studios are clean and organized after each class and help ensure all Group Fitness equipment is functional and working properly - Promote Life Time Fitness programs, products and services to class participants - Assist Department Head with daily performance reports that include Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), daily number of classes and number of class participants. - Assist with daily inspections ensuring studios are clean and equipment needed for upc.... |
