| Academic/Education Requirements: - Diploma degree from recognized post-secondary institution in Graphic Design (with Programming an asset); Required Experience: - Minimum 1 year experience with website creation and maintenance of corporate website including HTML coding - 2-5 years experience in graphic print, web and signage design; - Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, branding and advertising; - Advanced working knowledge of Adobe CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Acrobat) - Understand the print process to compensate for associated print risk factors/shortcomings; - Familiarity with Real Estate marketing an asset. The successful candidate will be outgoing, friendly and action oriented. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, provide technical support to one or more people within the Marketing department and/or a project team. Duties include technical project-based work.
