Responsibilities / Responsabilités Requirements Specification : Systems Architecture Design Database Architecture Design Solutions Recommendation User Interface Design Test Plan (System and User Acceptance Testing) Client communications including bi-weekly status reporting Liaison and management of third party developers (if any) Requirements / Exigences Required Skills: Proven experience with ESRI ArcGIS solution delivery and team leadership and project management (5-10 + yrs). Proven experience with ESRI SDE & Geodatabase design (10+ yrs). Proven development experience with ESRI ArcObjects. Proven experience with versioned geodatabases (5+ years). Proven experience with Oracle / SQL. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Desired Skills: Previous experience with TIBCO EAI web services.
