| Job Title: Entertainment Sales Manager Department: Sales Department Reporting: President Scope Of the Position: Our client in the Vaughan area (Highway 7/Highway 27) is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their in-house sales team. The Entertainment Sales Manager will oversee, mentor, and train the sales team; as well as drive sales and growth opportunities in the assigned properties through existing and new customer leads. To be successful in this role, individuals will need to possess a motivation towards results, strong sense of achievement and exude a high level of drive and enthusiasm. On occassion, travel to client sites may be required, thus applicants must have their own vehicle (mileage is paid by company in these situations). Task & Responsibilities: - Moniter, oversee, mentor, train, hire, and assist the sales consultants - Present and sell entertainment packages to new clients - Prepare quotes for new clients - Maximize revenue opportunities by meeting or exceeding monthly & annual sales goals - Manage all existing accounts through quality checks and other follow up - Keep up with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails - Build rel.... |
