| Full Time: Office Manager Position Niagara North Community Legal Assistance (NNCLA) is a community legal clinic located in St. Catharines and serves the Niagara area from Niagara Falls to Grimsby. We are dedicated to providing a variety of legal services to disenfranchised members of the community to improve their quality of life. NNCLA seeks a full time office manager to provide administrative support to the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and office staff. This position is responsible for the daily operation of clinic services: office administration, supervising support staff, and financial administration. This will include oversight and coordination of office practices and procedures; maintain employee records and administer benefit plans; co-ordinate and plan office purchases, accommodation and equipment: prepare materials for bookkeeper and provide backup reception/telephone intake calls. The anticipated start date for this position is September 20, 2010 . Skills Required: Successful completion of related program in a community college or three to five years legal/paralegal/secretarial experience; Excellent administrative and organizational skills for the effective.... |
