| Front Office GSA Delta Bow Valley [BOW] Location: Calgary, Alberta Posted On: January 18, 2012 Closing Date: February 15, 2012 Apply JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Checking in guests to the hotel, check guests out of the hotel and assist with guest queries whenever required. Agent will be trained in Night Audit duties and must be flexible to training hours and access. Must be willing to learn night audit and be the night audit relief for vacations Answering guest inquires in a courteous, professional and attentive manner at all times Answering telephone calls and handling/balancing cash Balance credit card machine Follow up on guest concerns and requests Establish a personal rapport with the guest to learn about their needs and expectations Actively seek feedback from guests, following up and taking action to exceed guest expectations. A personalized touch during guest interaction to ensure they feel welcome and special Strong and effective communication with all other departments.
