| The candidate will be mainly responsible for performing the operational sanitation ( cleaning and sanitizing) of all utensils after the production scheduled has been completed for the day for all equipment which is required for the following days production. These utensils include, but are not limited to: Food processing machinery /equipment Vats Racks Knives Rubber mats Cutting boards Requirements and working conditions Educational level : Secondary Completed Years of experience related to the job offer :7 to 11 months experience Description of qualifications : The candidate must have a good knowledge of principles of sanitation (rinsing, degreasing, foaming, post cleaning inspection, sanitizing) , including familiarity with operation of cleaning equipment (ex: high pressure washing system and central dosage/distribution cleaning system Must have completed a basic course on general workplace safety and handling of chemical products (SIMDUT training) Must have a good understanding of good manufacturing practises and HACCP food safety system.
