| Title Food Service Worker I Job ID CCI-12-026 Duties & Responsibilities Busy Nutrition and Food Services department is seeking a well organized Food Service Worker I. Under limited supervision you will perform routine food services tasks, keeping food safety, quality and customer service in focus to support a quality client experience. The role requires someone who is a team player and has good time management skills which will enable you to work within this very fast paced environment. As a Food Service Worker I, you are responsible for: ? Portioning and serving food and beverages to patients/customers using proper food handling techniques; ? Following accepted customer service principles and standards when dealing with patients/customers; ? Completing simple food preparation; ? Cleaning equipment, dishes, tables and serving areas following prescribed work procedures; ? Delivery and pick up of patient/customer meal trays; ? Courteous service to patients and clientele; ? Offering choices at point of service to patients/customers; ? Monitoring and recording identified criteria and participating in departmental meetings. ? Maintaining confidentiality. ?
